Classic South West France and Classic French Riviera & Provence are previously operated tours that have been very popular with our guests. We are pleased to offer these tours in 2011 together with two new tours added to our French collection – Classic Champagne & Burgundy and Classic Loire Valley. The Classic French Collection focus on four outstanding, well known, historic regions, with each offering a very special experience. The tours have been designed to provide:
- extended stays in a particular region of France
- a focus on regional areas with longer stays in our specially selected accommodation to allow for a more relaxed and in-depth experience
- dining ranging from Michelin star restaurants to cafes, picnics and free ‘dine around’ opportunities
- an all inclusive, personalised, luxury tour experience with limited numbers of guests
Prices are between AU$7,890 and AU$10,990 per person twin share or between AU$9,680 and AU$13,280 per person for single travellers.
Our Classic Tours to Champagne & Burgundy, South West France, Loire Valley and French Riviera & Provence have also been designed to link in with an Orient-Express barge cruise, either before or after the tour. You have the opportunity to board the Hirondelle for a cruise in Burgundy from 08 to 14 May or the Napoleon for a cruise in Provence from 02 to 08 October 2011. These luxury cruises are a wonderful experience and enhancement to our tours.
While we have operated tours to many parts of the world since 1992, for the last 8 years we have paid particular attention to our French tours. France is the most visited country in Europe. It is famous for its food, wine, history, art, architecture and natural rural beauty. We are extremely fortunate to work in conjunction with great operators and can promise very special experiences.
Our loyalty discount of AU$250.00 per person will apply to all guests who have previously travelled with us. An additional early bird discount of AU$250.00 per person will also apply for all guests who book and deposit by 1st December 2010.
